UP-UP Dark Espresso is an especially dark chocolate Single Estate 50% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm called "El Rosario" located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia; this bar is characterised by the distinctive cacao notes, with the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, with well-defined notes of roasted coffee beans that complement hints of caramel, making this bar a unique experience awakening the senses with every bite.
Dark Chocolate. Cocoa Solids: 50% minimum.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural coffee flavour, and vanilla extract.
